Check the checkbox above the text area if your own mail server adds its own Received header. One way to detect this is if the first set of responsible email addresses are always for your internet service provider. There is also more improved forged header detection, and email is only addressed to abuse contacts if they are present.

Paste the mail headers only into the text area and press the Prepare Email button. If there were not any errors, then a page will be returned with the email address information found. There will be links to click for email addresses that were not in the database. There will be a Send Email link to click that will pop your email client, populated with the destination email addresses, subject, and email headers. All email is sent to spam@uce.gov by default. You are free to delete that destination if you wish.

Here are some links (opens a new browser window) if you do not know how to view all of your email headers. A Google search is being used here to give a choice of links instead of presenting some direct links that may not be valid in the future.
